There’s a new online shoe store on the block which claims to be the UK’s first designer shoe hire website for women.
The site, www.cinderella-me.co.uk allows you to rent a range of designer shoes and handbags including Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin, Dior and Alexander McQueen for a nominal fee of around £40. However, you must become a member first- which costs just under £10 a month. Similar to scenes in the first Sex and the City film, where Carrie’s assistant rents designer handbags..you too can go to swanky events in designer clobber..and noone need know it’s only yours for a week! To be honest, I get bored of clothes/shoes quite quickly, so it probably suits someone like me..oh, and I can’t afford the real thing! If you’re worried about hygiene though- the shoes are sprayed with some sterilising agents in between wears and each pair is only rented for a maximum of 8 times. The idea is perfect for the up and coming Christmas party season..if you want to make an impression on your guests- not your bank balance!

It’s called ‘Crackling Ice Foot Spray’ and really refreshes your feet after a hard night of partying..it also tingles and crackles on your feet when sprayed. It reminds me of the popping candy sweets you used to put on your tongue as a child!!
