KICK-START SUMMER: PART III-Beachwear

I’m heading to Singapore and Bali for a holiday in the last two weeks in May..(can’t wait!)- planning my beachwear outfits already.

Tunics, playsuits, maxi-dresses and chunky accessories are top of my hit list, channeling key spring/summer looks into my beachwear this season.

NEW: Online shopping mag launches

A new online shopping magazine Mrs Magpie has launched, dedicated to the art of online shopping. It is aimed at the 25-45 year old stylish women, who is on the look out for an online bargain..aren’t we all!

The site has channels on fashion, beauty, homes, lifestyle, weddings, food and drink and contains links to websites where the products can be bought.

Fashion has news on the 50% off Sale just launched at Phase Eight, whilst Beauty flags up a fab website called Feel Unique, which offers great discounts on over 10,000 of the biggest beauty names, such as YSL, Dior and St Tropez.

The site also has a weekly Magpie Mail newsletter, keeping subscribers up-to-date with the latest content. The site is edited by Charlotte Laing, former editor of WM magazine.

A new weekly alert for bargain hungry fashionistas has sprung up. Check out www.bragitup.com  for the top ten fashion finds online..

Discounts are a minimum of 40% and the site  is updated weekly with the best deals from hundreds of brands and shops…it trawls the virtual high street for bargains, so you don’t have to!

The site’s fairly basic, but it does the job- you can also click on the discounted item to go through and buy it. I’m loving the French Connection blue wash jacket in this week’s deals, down from £65 to £15! The site offers a huge range of brands, from designer to high street- most recently some Jimmy Choo sling backs, down from £475 to £142.
