LFW SS13: Sister By Sibling – One To Watch

London Fashion Week design duo Sister By Sibling are definitely one to keep on your radar. The knitwear specialists were recipients of Topshop’s NEWGEN sponsorship for Spring/Summer ’13 and their catwalk show was one of the hottest tickets in town, with top fashion bloggers and journalists craning their necks at the entrance to the over-subscribed show to get a glimpse of the new collection.

After their catwalk shows, all 10 NEWGEN designers showcase their work in the exhibition space at Somerset House – so if you didn’t get to the show, you could still have a look at the collection in the flesh. Definitely in the bonkers, rebellious school of fashion (aka Louise Gray and Meadham Kirchoff) this designer featured over-sized pom poms, neon leopard and candy coloured crochet knitwear in a colourful array of vests, skirts and dress combinations.

With shoes by NEWGEN shoe designer Sophia Webster (more of her in the next post!), this exciting label is definitely one to watch from London Fashion Week Spring/Summer ’13.
