On Friday 28 October, hundreds of thousands of people all over the UK will be taking part in Breast Cancer Campaign’s biggest, pinkest fundraising event Wear It Pink!

Last year, hundreds of thousands of people took part and raised an amazing £2.4 million for breast cancer research.

Wear It Pink events manager Rebecca Guy says: “Whether you discretely wear pink socks or turn up to work in a tutu, your £2 donation for wearing pink will help us to make this day the pinkest yet! There is a serious reason for wearing it pink on Friday 28 October. One in eight women is diagnosed with breast cancer every year and Wear It Pink helps to fund vital research into a disease which affects so many.”
