FASHIONBITE COMPETITION: Win A Pair of Wellies!

Wedge Welly, FashionBite CompetitionTHIS COMPETITION HAS NOW CLOSED! Congratulations to Cat Williams who has won the Wedge Wellies!

FashionBite has teamed with Wedge Welly, the glam welly boot brand, to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a pair of wellies! With festival season in full swing and Reading/Leeds at the end of the month…you’ll be sure to put them to good use!

You may recognise the name Wedge Welly from Dragon’s Den, the fledgling company entered Dragons’ Den in May last year and received a £65,000 cash injection from retail guru Theo Paphitis to help grow the brand.

The prize is a pair of wellies up to the value of £50.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply answer this question and post your answers in the comment box below…

Q. Which festival would you LOVE to attend, anywhere in the world?

For me, it would have to be Burning Man in Nevada or Coachella, California.

A winner will be picked at random after midnight on Sunday August 14.

Good Luck!

If I got the opportunity I’d go to Glastonbury because of the hype :) I’d prefer to stay closer to home. Looking at pictures of Burning Man, Nevada – I can see why you’d like to go there!

  4. I’ve always wanted to go to Glastonbury. It’s not unattainable by any means but I’m saving it for my hen do!

I would love to rock out in a pretend bride’s dress, tacky veil and some wellies! I’ve seen stag parties at festivals before but never a hen do. I’m sure there have been plenty but I will be the only one to do it out of my friends!

I’ll swap the Artic Monkeys and trekking through the swampy mud for a reading by Philip Pullman and perhaps a debate. A serene, interesting festival that will be, for once, hangover-free. I made sure she was soooooo prepared…I I really went OTT lol but told her I could wing it and I didnt need all the things I made her take…..How wrong was I!!!! I fell on my bum about 6 times (amused my daughter greatly ) as I only took trainers, got soaked at night…..and had completely the wrong clothes….thank god for charity tents or I wouldnt have been able to survive I dont think, and wow we made some great costumes by shopping in them xx

    Rock in Rio…. in Rio

It is the purest music festival. It covers a wide range of music styles, and it is played to a massive audience in the right manner.

The only sell out is that it has not been in Rio all the time. The festival is sometimes based in Spain/Portugal, which is not pure.

Going on this year’s line up – i’d have to go for The Hop Farm – it was the best line up of all the festivals (in my opinion – but everyone is different!) And it’s not too far away from where I live only about an hour or so, but would like someone else to drive!

I’d love to go to the Bun Bangfai Rocket festival in Yasothon (Nrth East Thailand) – Loads of home made rockets are fired off to bring on the rains. People parade and dance the rockets through the streets (speakers the size of Texas!!) then lots of partying later there is a mud wrestling match – loser lights the rockets by climbing up a rather dodgy bamboo frame… Gold – wellies DEFINITELY needed for wading through the mud :) :) :)

    August 14, 2011
