FASHION FIND: Vintage jewellery website Susan Caplan

Ex-antique dealer Susan Caplan is putting her 25-years’ experience of sourcing collectables to good use through her vintage designer jewellery and accessory website Susancaplan.co.uk. 
 
Caplan, who claims to have the largest collection of quality vintage jewellery in the UK, sources each item herself.
 
The website has two ranges. Susan Caplan Vintage Couture features pieces from iconic fashion houses and designers including Chanel, Lanvin and Yves Saint Laurent, while Susan Caplan Vintage Collection offers a wide range of unsigned rarities. Pieces date from the early 1930s to late 1990s.
 
The online store stocks earrings, bracelets, necklaces and brooches. It also has beautiful accessories and retro sunglasses, perfect for summer. My favourite pieces include a I980s Tiffany and Co silk staff and a pair of 1970s Monet filigree ball earrings.
 
Caplan’s reputation has already earned her a celebrity following, with her items worn by singers including Rihanna, Jessie J, Eliza Doolittle and Ellie Goulding.
 
Her vintage collections are also available in retailers including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and Asos.
