Topshop launches ‘secret pop-up shop’ in Oxford Circus store
Topshop has launched a secret pop-up shop in its flagship Oxford Circus and New York stores.
The temporary boutiques have been hidden away in the shops, so customers can discover them from a secret doorway by chance, which is marked from the outside by a florist…
The Topshop Secret Stores have been set up to sell one-off pieces by designers including London-based milliner Nasir Mazhar, womenswear designer Ann-Sofie Back and New York-based jewellery designer Pamela Love. The concept for the exterior of the shop was put together by designers Meadham Kirchhoff and built with the help of upmarket florists Wild At Heart.
The Secret Stores will be open for two weeks from Thursday May 26.
Topshop’s head of buying Madelaine Evans said: “It’s a great opportunity for the designers we collaborate with to produce something unusual that they’ve not done before, and also a chance for our in-house design team to let their imaginations run riot.”
It reminds me of The Secret Garden….definitely worth a look!
