Havianas launches new wellies range with summer festival at Selfridges

Havianas turned Selfridges Ultra Lounge into a British/Brazilian festival for a party at its Oxford Street flagship this week, complete with caipirinha’s cocktails by Sagatiba and traditional British brews. Guests were also served the best of Brazilian and British festival foods including Tacos, Fajitas, Mini Fish n’Chips & Burgers to celebrate the launch of its new wellies range – the perfect Brit festival gear!

With model Daisy Lowe djing, dancers ‘Brazilian Fantasy’ took to the floor at the end of the night creating a dancing frenzy amongst the crowd. Celebs attending included Daisy Lowe, Jameela Jamil, Jamie Woon, Jade Parfit, Gizzi Erskine and Lara Bohinc.

The wellie is the latest in a line of Havianas products to launch on to the market. First off it was the flip flop, next came the Soul Collection, a mix of trainers, pumps and espadrilles and now a wellie range.

Havaianas has launched its new wellie collection exclusively within Selfridges Shoe Galleries for the next few weeks, then Office will stock it mid-May. After mid-July, it will be available across the high street.
